I'm keen on doing some action jazz type music for the forthcoming Lackadaisy episodes and would like to get some demos in the hands of people who make decisions. I've spent the better part of a decade (maybe longer?) figuring out how to realistically produce large (and small) ensemble jazz music specifically for scoring animation and I've built up a portfolio of animated projects that have prepared me to meet the challenges of a project just like this.
On the off chance that someone here has a connection with someone on Lackadaisy, I wouldn't mind an introduction.

Hi there, I'm one of the animators on the pilot. If you see an opening position from Fable or Tracy on their social account, shoot them a message. Though, they mostly will only put up opening position if they need any more people on the team

Thanks for the reply! I've been keeping an eye on both Fable and Tracy's accounts but calls for voice actors and animators are far more common than calls for composers (which are almost non-existent for projects like this). Directors usually go with someone they already know, or will rely on recommendations from people they trust. This is me trying to maneuver my way into being one of those recommendations ;)
